摘　　要：黑龙江省高等音乐教育是中国音乐教育历史发展的重要组成部分。它始于 2 0世纪 5 0年代 ,发展至今已有近五十年的历史。黑龙江省高等音乐教育的发展历程大致分为四个阶段 ,即萌芽期、挫折期、建设期和繁荣期。通过对其近五十年历史的阐释 ,不仅可以使人们清楚的认识过去 ,并以史为鉴 。The higher education of music in Heilongjiang Province is one of the important components during the development of music education in China .It started in 1950s, and has had a history of nearly 50 years. This dissertation mainly divides the development of higher education of music in Heilongjiang into four periods,as the period of germination?frustration?construction and prosperity. Through the interpretation of the 50-year history, readers cannot only see the past clearly, but can also carefully think about and analysis the present state of the higher education of music in Heilongjiang according to its history.
