南非安格鲁矿业公司发展的启示

摘　　要：本文结合南非的宏观环境 ,分析了安格鲁矿业公司的发展历程和发展思路 ,阐述了南非最大的黄金矿业的成长轨迹和发展的模式。针对安格鲁矿业公司发展的契机进行分析 ,从国家政策支持、安全环保管理、技术创新、品牌打造和发挥矿业协会的作用等五个方面提出了促进我国黄金企业目标发展的具体建议。Analyzing the macroenvironment in South Africa,this paper deals with Anglogold's developing experience,orientation and her developing patterns to be the largest gold mining company as well.According to the study on the company's chances and challenges,the author proposes us five aspects advice on the developing of gold companies in China.that is national policies'supporting,environmental protection,technology innovation,brand making and full playing the role of China Mining Industry Association.
