摘　　要：本文对海洋中浮游植物、细菌及海水溶解态蛋白质的荧光分析方法及其研究进展进行了较为系统的评述.着重阐明了荧光光谱法分析海洋浮游植物、细菌和海水溶解态蛋白质中色氨酸和酪氨酸的可行性和优势,讨论了海水中溶解蛋白质的来源、分布变化及地球化学行为.最后对今后的研究重点和方向进行了展望.The fluorescence analysis method and its progress on protein in phytoplankton and bacteria, in marine environment,as well as dissolved protein in sea wates, were reviewed. The feasibility and the advantage of fluorescence spectroscopy were introduced. The source, distribution and geochemistry behavior of protein in seawater were discussed. The future development were also expected.
