摘  要:以榨菜 (BrassicajunceaCzern .etCoss .var.tsatsaiMao)胞质雄性不育系 (8982 4 ,2n =36 )为母本 ,同源四倍体不结球白菜 [BrassicacompestrisL .ssp .chinensisMakino](中白梗S6,2n =4 0 )为父本 ,采用蕾期不育株及父本花粉先经γ 射线预处理 ,进行远缘杂交及多代回交 ,获得表型及品质极似父本四倍体白菜的优良胞质雄性不育系。其不育率及不育度皆为 10 0 % ,蜜腺发育良好 ,结实性强 ,在自然授粉条件下 ,平均每只角果可结 13 2粒种子 ,蕾期人工授粉 ,则可达14 3粒 ,具有育种应用价值。An allo-cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS)line was obtained through distant hybridization of CMS line in Brassica juncea Czern et Coss.var.tsatsai Mao as female parent and autotertraploid Chinese cabbage pak-choi as male parent.Pollinated with γ-ray treated pollen in bud season,it showed much similarity to the male parent in its phenotype and quality characteristics after several generations of backcross.Its nectary was well developed and its sterile rate and sterile degree were both 100%.In natural conditions,the average of 13.2 grains of seed was obtained per pod.When pollinated in bud season,it would set 14.3 grains of seed per pod.It has a promising future in breeding program of Chinese cabbage.
