摘　　要：本文简要地阐述了在电子商务中物流的重要作用及发展现状;并且从多个方面深入探讨了电子商务的物流发展所需要关注的因素、解决的方案、优化的措施以及我国物流发展所面临的问题。The article simply narrated that the Logistics has the important action and developing actualityin Electronic Business. and deeply discussed in every aspects that the developing logistics of ElectronicBusiness needed the attentive factors, the solved methods and the optimized solution and the confrontproblem in our country developing.
