摘　　要：目的 :研究骨肉瘤组织中抑癌基因PTEN的表达情况 ,探讨其在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的可能作用。方法 :用免疫组化S P法检测PTEN蛋白在 38例骨肉瘤及 2 0例骨软骨瘤石蜡标本中的表达情况。结果 :PTEN蛋白在骨肉瘤中表达阳性率为 5 5 .3% ,在骨软骨瘤中为 90 .0 % ,骨肉瘤与骨软骨瘤相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :抑癌基因PTEN蛋白在骨肉瘤组织中表达下调 。Objective: To study the expression of a new tumor suppressor gene PTEN in carcinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma. Methods:Expression of PTEN was detected by using S P immunohistochemical method in 38 cases of paraffin embedded section of osteosarcoma and 20 cases of osteochondroma. Results:The positive rate of PTEN was 55.3 % in osteosarcoma and 90.0 % in osteochondroma. The difference was significant between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma(P<0.01) .Conclusion:The PTEN may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma.
