摘　　要：介绍了日本JFE集团公司的技术开发体系 ,该体系由JFE技术开发公司、JFE制钢公司研究开发组织和JFE工程公司的研究组织构成 ,3个研究组织分工明确、相互协调。详细说明了JFE制钢内的钢铁研究所体制和其知识产权战略。The present paper introduces the technology development system of JFE Group Corporation Japan, which consists of JFE Technology Development Company, JFE Steel Making Research and Development Organization and JFE Engineering & Technology Company. They have clear-cut work division and well co-operation. It also describes in detail the organizational system of the iron and steel research institutes within the JFE Group as well as its strategy of intellectual property rights.
