摘　　要：介绍了一种基于 DSP的钢丝绳检测仪的总体结构及软硬件设计思想 ,使定量检测算法的速度对采样频率没有限制 ,而且钢丝绳的运行速度范围可达 10 m/ s以上 ,使定量检测完全能够在钢丝绳运行过程中给出结果 ,不需要运行结束才给出结果 。The design idea and functions of the steel wire inspection instrument are introduced.In the system,the operation rate of quantitative inspection is no limit to sampling frequency,and the rqnge of moving speed of wire ropes can reach above ten meters per second,the result of quantitative inspection is capable of be completely obtained in the course of steel wries moving.
