摘　　要：目的　探讨矫治阻生尖牙在颌面美容中的作用。方法　选择 2 8例阻生尖牙患者 ,应用翻瓣、牵引助萌的方法 ,使尖牙在牙弓中正确就位。结果　 2 8例 37个阻生尖牙全部导萌成功 ,均取得满意临床效果。结论　翻瓣助萌矫治阻生尖牙是一种行之有效的美容牙科技术。Objective To study the esthetic effects of treatment for the impacted canine. Methods Twenty-eight cases were selected and flap acid eruption procedures were used to migrate the canines in the right dental arches. Results 37 impacted canines were done successfully in eruption, the satisfactory effects on clinical esthetics were achieved. Conclusion Flap acid eruption procedure plays an important role in the treatment of impacted canines in the esthetical dentistry.
