摘　　要：神经干细胞的迁移和网络化是近一个世纪以来神经科学领域研究的热点之一。目前已经有比较成熟的理论解释神经系统生长发育过程中神经干细胞的迁移和网络化复杂的机制。在近年来兴起的神经干细胞移植技术中也得到进一步的证实和应用。本文将分别从神经干细胞的迁移现象及其定向迁移的可能机制,神经网络的研究进展和神经干细胞迁移和网络化的意义等方面进行综述。A series of recent studies have demonstrated the mechanism of migration and network mechanisms of neural stem cells. These theories have been further substantiated in the neural stem cell transplantation. In view of these new findings, this paper reviewed the mode of migration and the information of network. Also the significances of these theories were discussed.
