胃经和心包经穴位对多器官功能调节的实验观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察和比较心包经和胃经对胃和心脏机能的调节。方法 :用药物 (盐酸消旋山莨菪碱)制作胃和心脏机能偏态的背景。分别针刺分属心包经的 3个穴位和胃经的 4个穴位 ,同步观察针刺后心脏和胃的机能变化 ,比较不同穴位针刺后的调节效应。结果 :(1 )心包经和胃经的不同穴位针刺效应基本一致。 (2 )各个穴位刺后基本完全克服药物对胃电节律的影响。(3)各个穴位针刺后可部分消除药物对胃电波幅和心率的影响。结论 :(1 )胃经和心包经的穴位对胃和心脏的调节无明显差异。 (2 )ObjectiveTo observe and compare regulative effects o f the Pericardium Meridian and the Stomach Meridian on functions of heart and st omach. MethodsThe skew background of stomach and heart functio ns was made by medicine (DL-anisodamine hydrochloride). Acupuncture was given a t 3 points of the Pericardium Meridian and 4 points of the Stomach Meridian. Cha nges of functions of heart and stomach after acupuncture were investigated and r egulative effects of acupuncture at different acupoints were compared. R esultsThe effects of acupuncture at different acupoints on the Pericar dium Meridian and the Stomach Meridian were basically uniform; the effects of th e medicine (DL-anisodamine hydrochloride) on rhythm of electric activities of t he stomach were basically overcome completely by acupuncture at the acupoints; t he effects of the medicine on the amplitude of electric activities of the stomac h and rate of heart could be partially overcome by acupuncture at the acupoints. ConclusionThe regulative effects of th e acupoints on the Stomach and Pericardium Meridians on the stomach and heart do not have obvious difference; the regulative effect of acupuncture on the rhythm of gastric electric activities is superior to those on the amplitude of gastric electric activities and the heart rate.
