摘　　要：目的 分析卵巢囊腺瘤的CT表现,提高对其的认识。方法 回顾性分析34例经手术病理证实卵巢囊腺癌CT表现。结果 34例表现圆形或卵圆形囊性肿块,边界清晰,其中桨液性囊腺瘤13例,密度均匀,单房9例,多房4例;粘液性囊腺癌17例为多房,部分密度不均,其中钙化2例,出血1例;恶变4例,表现为囊壁不规则增厚呈结节状突起,边缘模糊。肿瘤位于附件区26例,子宫前后上方8例。结论 CT是卵巢囊腺瘤重要影像学检查方法,囊腺癌CT表现有一定的特点。Objective: To improve understanding of CT signs of ovarian cystadenomas, CT findings of the disease were analyzed. Methods: CT features in 34 cases with pathologically-proved ovarian cystadenoma were restrospectively analyzed. Results CT appearances displayed round or ovarian cystic masses with clear border in 34 cases, Thirteen of them (m=13) were serous cystadenomas, appeared homogenous, unilocular (9/13) and multi- locular (4/13); All the mucinous cystadenomas (n=17) were multilocular, and inhomogenous partly, Wall calcifica- tion (2/17) and hemorrhage (1/17) were showed; Malignant cystadenomas (n=4) showed irregular thickened wall with nodular protrusions and indistinct marginal. Of 34 cases. 26 cases were located at the adnexal area, 8 around the anterior or posterior-superior of uterine. Conclusion: CT scan is an important diagnostic way. CT appearances of cystadenoma has some characteristics.
