摘 要:目的 观察鼻咽癌患者鼻咽分泌物和血清中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)含量及临床意义。方法 收集 2 0例健康对照者和 43例鼻咽癌患者的鼻咽分泌物和血清样本 ,应用放射免疫法测定TNF α含量。结果 对照组鼻咽分泌物含量 12 .95± 4.62fmol/ml、血清为 15 .43± 4.2 5fmol/ml;鼻咽癌组鼻咽分泌物含量为 3 4.68± 14 .0 3fmol/ml ,血清为 49.0 3± 15 .3 0fmol/ml。鼻咽癌组鼻咽分泌物和血清中TNF α含量均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 鼻咽癌患者鼻咽分泌物和血清中TNF α含量高于正常人 ,其含量呈同步升高 ,同时进行二种检测对鼻咽癌的诊断可提供帮助。Objective To observe the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in nasopharyngeal secretion and serum in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and its clinical significance.Method The content of TNF-α in nasopharyngeal secretion and serum was determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in 20 controls and 43 patients with NPC.Results In control group,the content of TNF-α was 12.95±4.62fmol/ml in nasopharyngeal secretion,15.43±4.25fmol/ml in serum.In NPC group,it was 34.68±14.03fmol/ml and 49.03±15.30fmol/ml respectively.TNF-α content in both nasopharyngeal secretion and serum in control group was significantly lower than that in NPC group(P<0.01).Conclusions The level of TNF-α in both nasopharyngeal secretion and serum in patients with NPC was synchronously higher than that in control group.The synchronous detection of the content of TNF-α in nasopharyngeal secretion and serum is helpful to the diagnosis of NPC.
