佛手化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的 :对佛手的化学成分进行研究。方法 :采用硅胶柱层析 ,SephadexLH 2 0凝胶柱层析对佛手化学成分进行分离 ,通过理化性质和波谱分析方法鉴定其结构。结果 :从佛手中分离得到的 9个化合物 ,分别为 5 甲氧基糠醛 (Ⅰ ) ;5 羟基 2 羟甲基 4H 吡喃 4 酮 (Ⅱ ) ;香叶木素 (Ⅲ ) ;香叶木苷 (Ⅳ ) ;黄柏酮 7 酮 (Ⅴ ) ;Aviprin(Ⅵ ) ;3 甲氧基 4 羟基苯丙烯酸 (Ⅶ ) ;3 甲氧基 4 羟基苯甲酸 (Ⅷ )和 3,4 二羟基苯甲酸 (Ⅸ )。结论 :化合物I为一新天然产物 ,化合物Ⅱ ,Ⅳ Ⅸ首次从该属植物中发现 ,化合物Ⅲ为首次从该种植物中发现。AIM:To study the constituents of Citrus medica L.Var. Sarcodactylis (Noot) Swingle . METHOD:The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULT:Nine compounds were isolated in Citrus medica L.Var. Sarcodactylis (Noot) Swingle and were listed as 5-Methoxyfurfural(Ⅰ);5-Hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-4H-pyran-4-one (Ⅱ);Diosmetin(Ⅲ);Diosmin(Ⅳ);Obacunone(Ⅴ);Aviprin(Ⅵ);3-(3-Methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-acrylic acid(Ⅶ);vanillic acid(Ⅷ) and 3,4-Dihydroxy-benzoic acid(Ⅸ). CONCLUSION:Compound Ⅰ was a new natural compound. Compounds Ⅱ,Ⅳ-Ⅸ were firstly isolated from the genus of Citrus L. . Compound Ⅲ was firstly isolated from the species of this plant.
