摘　　要：为建立一支具有高素质和专业才能的护理队伍 ,采用转变观念 ,调动学习积极性 ,鼓励自学 ,提高护理人员的学习力 ,运用成人教育理论指导在职教育等方法 ,在全院形成了良好的学习氛围 。To train a nurses team with high quality and professional ability, we took a series of measures which including: changing their ideas, mobilizing their learning enthusiasm, encouraging self-learning, enhancing the learning power of nursing staff, using adult-education theories to guide at-post education and so on.As a result,a favorable learning atmosphere has been formed in the hospital and the quality of the whole nurses team has been improved.
