摘　　要：中华民族精神根植于中华各民族的历史演进与文化土壤之中,是民族文化的核心灵魂。中华民族精神在历史传承中不断得到创新和发展。民族精神需要优秀文化的滋养哺育和承载,地域文化是中华文化多元绽放和孕育民族精神的基础,中华传统文化的积累与创新,中华民族精神的培育与升华无不根植于地域文化的深厚积淀和肥土沃壤。因此,当今时代,研究、挖掘、开发和发展地域文化,既是推动区域经济社会发展和建设社会主义先进文化的重要内容,也是弘扬和培育民族精神的不竭源泉。The spirit of the Chinese nation is deeply rooted in the process of the gradual historical progress and the cultural soil. It is the key soul of the national culture. The Chinese national spirit has been developed and innovated in the course of impartation and inheritance. National spirit needs to be nurtured and borned with cultures of excellence and the regional culture is the basis for the flourishing of the Chinese culture and for the pregnancy of the national spirit. The accumulation and innovation of the traditional Chinese culture and the cultivation and the distillation of the Chinese national spirit are all rooted in the rich cultural accumulation and the fertile soil. Therefore, at present, the research, excavation and development of the regional culture are the important contents for promoting regional, social and economic development and for the construction of advanced culture and the boundless resources to develop and cultivate national spirit.
