现代远程教育管理模式研究

摘　　要：现代远程教育是由网络传递、多媒体技术传递和其它现代信息技术方式传递相结合而产生的一种新型教育方式。新型的教育方式需要新型的管理模式。因此,现代远程教育管理模式不能沿用常规在校的、传统的远程教育管理模式,而应根据不同的教学手段和不同的教学环境、不同的学习对象及不同的学习目的建立相应的管理模式和制定相应的管理措施。根据从事成人教育管理的实践经验,并参照其他院校的管理模式,设想“远程教育学院”的管理模式,专门从事现代远程教育的管理,并建立远程教育管理系统,通过互联网进行各种管理信息处理的管理模式。Modern media education is a new type of education approach, which consist of cyber-interaction, Net-technical mediate and other modern information-tech. New educational approach needs new management pattern. So, modern media education management pattern can't continue to use the traditional one; it should build a relevant management pattern and a series of relevant management regulations according to different teaching means and different situations. In my opinion and my teaching experience, even the other universities' management patterns, I suggest that we should build a media education college, which engage in modern media education for purpose. although the education management system, and the Inter Net, we could exchange all the information which related to the management pattern.
