摘　　要：企业间的合作关系在世界范围内形成了一股奔腾不息的潮流,但古典经济学较少涉及企业与市场之间的中间形态,本文利用两维四分图的分析模式研究了企业间组织的分类,并进一步研究了企业间组织的协调机制。This paper firstly analyzes how people comprehend the inter-firm relation, further puts forward and analyzes the concept of inter - firm organization. Secondly, after criticizing the analytical mode of the continuum of inter-firm relation, the paper concludes a two-dimensional analytical mode of inter-firm organization. Thirdly, this article inquires into the three inter-firm coordination mechanisms.
