摘　　要：目的 :设计蓝 /黄运动觉检测方法和研究正常人运动觉特性。方法 :设计等亮度随机点蓝 /黄运动觉测试软件 ,由微机控制 ,测定 2 1～ 6 4岁正常人 4 3例 (86只眼 )运动觉的阈值。结果 :正常人运动觉功能与性别及眼别无相关关系 ,而与年龄具有一定的关系。结论 :建立了多位点蓝 /黄运动觉检测方法和正常参考值 。Objective:To design the testing method of Blue/Yellow motion perception(MP) and to study the characteristics of motion perception(MP) in normal subjects.Methods:The software of equiluminance Blue/Yellow random dots testing was designed.MP of blue cones from 43 cases(86 eyes)of 21～64 years normal subjects were isolated with Blue random dots stimulus displayed on the Yellow background and used to measure the motion threshold.Results:There were no relationships between either MP and sex or MP and eyes of different sides,while there was significant difference between young and old groups.Conclusions:The characteristics of multilocation Blue/Yellow motion perception in normal subjects are determined,and might be helpful for further clinical using.
