摘　　要：目的 :探讨伴有糖尿病的老年性白内障患者采用超声乳化白内障摘除 (以下简称超乳 ) +人工晶状体 (IOL)植入手术的方法 ,并总结治疗效果。方法 :随机选取超乳 +IOL植入手术治疗伴有糖尿病的老年性白内障患者 77例 (97只眼 )进行回顾性研究 ,包括手术方法、术后矫正视力与糖尿病病程的关系、低视力原因及手术并发症等。结果 :术后矫正视力 0 5以上者占 81 4 4 % ,其中 1 0以上者占 5 1 5 5 % ,小于 0 3者占 6 18% ,视力好坏与糖尿病病程有一定的关系。糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)为术后低视力的主要原因。结论 :对伴有糖尿病的老年性白内障患者 ,术前有效地控制血糖 ,在糖尿病视网膜病变稳定的情况下行超声乳化白内障吸除术 ,既可减少手术并发症 ,亦能提高术后视力。Objective:To investigate the operative menthods,therapeutic effect and complication of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation in treating cataract of senile diabetic patient.Methods:A retrospective study of post-operative visual acuity(Po-VA),relationship between Po-VA and the duration of diabetes and complication were performed on 77 diabefic patients (97 eyes) with senile cataract after phacoemulsification and IOL implantation.Results:Po-VA of the 81.45% eyes were better than 0.5,and of these 51.55% were beffer than 1.0.Only 6.18% were less than 0.3.There were relationships between Po-VA and the duration of diabetes.The morbidity of complications were less.Conclusion:The cataract in senile with diabetic patient,if diabetes confrolled well,and diabetic refinopathy estimated properly before operation,phacoemulsification and IOL implantation are indicated and can effectively enhance the living level of diabetic patients.
