食管黏膜上皮癌变过程中PTEN、PCNA的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨食管黏膜上皮癌变过程中PTEN、PCNA表达及相互关系。方法　对 12 8例正常食管黏膜、单纯增生、非典型增生、食管癌切除标本 ,采用S -P免疫组化染色法检测PTEN、PCNA表达情况。结果　随食管上皮增生程度加重 ,PTEN阳性表达含量渐减 ,PCNA表达递增 ,食管癌与其他组间差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;PTEN、PCNA阳性表达呈显著负相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论　食管黏膜上皮癌变过程中PTEN有明显缺失现象 。Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of PTEN, PCNA during the process of esophageal squamous cell carcinogenesis Methods The biopsy of normal, simple hyperplasia, dysplasia and esophageal carcinoma of 128 cases were performed The expressions of PTEN, PCNA were detected by using immmuno histochemical method Results The positive rate of PTEN was gradually reduced with upgrade of esophageal lesions, and the positive expression of PCNA was gradually increased with normal esophageal epithelium, simple hyperplasia, dysplasia and esophageal carcinoma The difference was significant ( P <0 05) An inverse correlation was observed between the expressions of PTEN and PCNA ( P <0 01) Conclusion The expressive deletion of PTEN was obvious in esophageal carcinogenesis, and closely related to the cellular proliferation
