摘  要:目的 探讨c met、p5 3在大肠癌中表达以及与微血管密度 (MVD)之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测 5 1例大肠癌、16例腺瘤、16例正常组织中c met、p5 3、MVD的表达。结果 大肠癌中c met、p5 3、MVD的阳性表达与癌组织的分期、淋巴结转移及远处转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。c met( +)和p5 3 ( +)的组织中MVD值 ( 3 2 .98± 10 .0 7,3 5 .44± 10 .42 )显著高于c met( -)和p5 3 ( -)者( 17.2 9± 8.65 ,2 2 .17± 9.5 4) (P <0 .0 5 )。c met、p5 3的表达与MVD计数均显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 c met、p5 3均参与调控大肠癌的微血管生成。Objective To investigate the expression of c-met and p53 in colon cancer and their relation with the microvessel density(MVD).Methods The expression of c-met, p53 and MVD were detected in 51 cases with primary colon cancer, 16 cases with adenoma and 16 cases with normal tissue by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive expressions of c-met, p53 and the high MVD were significantly correlated with stage of tumor, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis( P <0.05).The MVD in c-met(+) and p53(+)(32.98±10.07,35.44±10.42)tumors were significantly higher than that in c-met(-)and p53(-)tumors(17.29±8.65,22.17±9.54)( P <0.05). Both c-met and p53 expression correlated with MVD(p<0.05).Conclusions c-met and p53 gene regulated tumor angiogenesis in colon cancer.
