摘  要:油料在膨化机腔内受压力和温度的作用,出喷嘴时压力突然下降,内部水分迅速汽化逸出,破坏了油料细胞,释放了油脂,产生膨爆现象,获得膨化料粒。膨化机的结构及操作和油料的性能对膨化效果有影响,其中以螺杆压缩比、喷嘴长径比、开模数目和入膨料的含水量影响尤为显著。Oil bearing materials were subjected to pressure and temperature in an extrutor space. The pressure dropped s(?)ldenly when the materials came out from the nozzle of the extru-(?),the inoisture inside the material evaperated rapidly and emitted. As a result,the oil cells were destroyed and the oil fat liberated, producing extrusion eruption and forming particles of the ex-trusion maierials. The extrusion effect was found to be affected by the structure of the extrutor, (?) operation and the perfo(?) of the oil bearing materials and especially by the screw compression ratio, nozzle length-diameter ratio,die opening and the moisture of raw materials.
