摘 要:通过对优秀女子短跑运动员和乏训练者递增负荷运动过程中肺通气机能变化特征的比较研究。结果表明:快速增长阶段,短跑运动员肺通气机能动员速度快于乏训练者;缓慢增长阶段,短跑运动员RR/TV比值及增长速度小于乏训练者,但VE绝对值略高于对照组;代偿性过度通气阶段,短跑运动员呼吸类型呈深度性变化,而乏训练者则呈频率性变化,对照组RR快速增加是其TV抑制性变化的内在机制;递增负荷运动过程中,短跑运动员TV增长速度始终大于乏训练者。The comparing research on the changing features of respiratory function of excellent female sprinters and less-exercised people in the course of gradually increasing load shows that the motivating speed of the sprinters'respiratory function is faster than that of less-exercised people in the rapidly increasing stage.RR/TV and its growing speed are lower than that of less-exercised people in the stage of slowly increasing stage,but the sprinters' VE absolute value is slightly higher than that of less-extresed people.The respiratory type of sprinters changes in depth,while that of less-exereised people changes in frequency in the over-respiratory stage.The fast increase of less-exereised people's RR is the interior mechanism of TV′s inhibited variation;in the gradually increasing load exercise,the increasing velocity of sprinters' TV is always faster than that of less-exereised people.
