摘　　要：采用问卷调查等方法对军队技术院校学员中长跑教学训练及考核成绩状况进行分析 ,找出了学员中长跑成绩下降的原因 ,对技术院校中长跑的定位进行讨论并提出有利于提高中长跑教学训练成绩、培养学员顽强意志品质和增强体能素质的可行性方式方法。In this article, the roadwork-training and the test results for the cadets in the military technical academies were analyzed by using the method of questionnaire investgation to find the causes for the performance declining. On the basis of that, the orientation of the roadwork-teaching for the military technical academies was discussed. The feasible ways to improve the cadets’ performance and temper their willpower and physical agility were presented.
