摘  要:本工作测定了Coγ射线6个辐照剂量(100、300、500、800、1200、1500Gy)与贻贝棘尾虫存活率响应曲线;;发现辐照后第5d虫体的存活率分别下降到47%、18%、16%、8%、5%、3%左右。在此基础上重点研究了在富勒醇存在下;;60Coγ射线对贻贝棘尾虫的辐射损伤;;结果表明在高、低剂量下富勒醇对虫体均产生保护作用;;能明显提高贻贝棘尾虫受照射后的存活率;;并且这种辐射防护作用与富勒醇浓度相关。富勒醇对贻贝棘尾虫的辐射防护可能基于其对自由基的清除反应;;因而可能是一种潜在的辐射防护剂。Groups of Stylonychia mytilus were exposed to Co γ?rays for 1.5h and irradiated to 100, 300, 500, 60 800, 1200 and 1500Gy, respectively. On the fifth day after the irradiation, surviving fractions of the irradiated groups were about 47%、18%、16%、8%、5% and 3%, respectively, with the increasing the doses. . Based on the observation, radioprotection of fullerenols to Stylonychia mytilus groups exposed to Co γ?rays was studied. The results showed 60 that the surviving fractions of the Stylonychia mytilus in fullerenols solutions increased significantly in either the high dose groups and the low dose groups, in comparison to the control group. It was also found that the radioprotection was related to concentration of the fullerenols. The study indicated that fullerenols, as a potential radioprotection medicine, could scavenge free radical and reduce damage of the cells from γ?ray radiation.
