金氏痔疮膏对大鼠肛管直肠内压的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察金氏痔疮膏对大鼠肛管直肠静息压的影响。方法　将动物分成 2组 ,对照组和用药组 ,对照组用赋形剂 ,用药组用金氏痔疮膏。采用Medlab生物信号处理系统测定该药对大鼠肛管直肠内静息压力的影响。结果　用金氏痔疮膏 2周后大鼠肛管直肠内静息压力显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且与赋形剂组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　金氏痔疮膏能降低肛管直肠静息内压 ,这可能是其有效治疗痔疮的重要机理。Objective To observe the effect of Jin's hemorrhoids ointment (JHO) on resting pressure in the anal canal of rats.Methods Animals were divided into 2 groups randomly including the control group that excipient was used and the JHO group that JHO was used. The anal resting pressures of rats were measured by bio-signal processing system of Medlab.Results The resting pressures in the anal canals of rats decreased dramatically after JHO had been applied for two weeks. The resting pressure of anal canal in the JHO group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion JHO can reduce the resting pressure in the anal canal of rats.
