摘 要:在我国,果蔗的生产量和消费量在不断增加,但产后研究却很薄弱。为此,进行了Badila收获后品质的主要成分变化分析。结果发现随着贮藏日数的增加,水分、纤维、蔗糖分和还原糖含量均有不同的变化,其中水分对产品外观和新鲜度有较大影响,延缓和减少产品水分损失是贮藏和保鲜的关键。The yield capacity and consumption of chewing cane are increasing in China, but the research after harvesting is unsubstantial. So the main component changes of the quality in Badila(chewing cane) after harvesting were analyzed. The results showed that the water, fibre, sucrose and reducing sugar had different changes, the appearance and freshness of the Badila were obviously affected by the water, it will be a key to stay and to reduce the water loss of the production during storing and keeping fresh period.
