摘  要:高校教师职务评聘是一项复杂、具体、影响重大的工作,事关广大高校教师的切身利益和我国高等教育的稳定长远发展,但审视我国高校教师现行的职务评聘制度,在评聘政策导向、评聘机制等方面存在着一些不完善之处,制约着我国高校的教育质量和学术发展,并易引发学术不良行为的滋生,因此改革高校教师职务评聘制度势在必行。Teacher's technical post evaluation in higher institutions is a complicated, concrete and influential job. It concerns not only the teachers' interests but also the stable and long-range development of higher education in China. However, by examining the present system of teacher's technical post evaluation, we have found out some imperfect things in the aspects of evaluation policy orientation and mechanism. They have restricted the quality improvement of higher education and academic development and caused unhealthy problems of learning. In view of the above-mentioned facts, the paper points out the necessity to reform the present system of teacher's technical post evaluation in higher institutions.
