摘  要:千岛湖大桥基础为深水钢管混凝土钻孔桩,设计要求成桩后桩的倾斜度不大于0.3%,精度要求高,施工难度大。着重介绍了浮式钻孔船施工钢管混凝土桩的主要设备组成,钢管混凝土桩栽桩法的施工过程以及质量保证措施。The foundations of Qiandao Lake Bridge are located in deep water and are composed of concrete-filled steel pipe bored piles. As required in the design, the inclination degree of a pile shall not be greater than 0.3% after the pile is completed. The requirement for construction accuracy is strict and the construction is thus difficult. This paper focuses on the main equipment used for construction of the bored piles with floating boring machine, the construction process and quality assurance measures of the piles by pile-planting method.
