摘  要:为了获取准确、快速检测松材线虫的方法,利用纤维素酶活性、苯乙酸与苯甲酸含量和显色剂检测松材线虫的方法进行了比较研究.纤维素酶活性检测结果为病树与健树酶活性差异显著.病树的光吸收值与健树的光吸收值差异不显著,但测定结果不稳定.显色剂测定病树内与健树内的显色差异明显,病树的显色结果呈深红色至浅红色,线虫愈多色泽愈深;健康材呈无色,感染拟松材线虫的松材呈清白色或无色.显色剂检测是简单、快速和有应用价值的方法.Three quick-inspection methods of pine wood induced by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus are studied by comparison with pine wood with Bursaphelenchus mucronatus and healthy pine wood. The result of cellulase activity inspection shows that is conspicuous difference between disease wood and healthy wood. The method of inspecting benzoic acid reveals that the light absorption values have no difference between disease wood and healthy wood . And the results are unstable. The results of color reagent show conspicuous differences between disease wood and healthy wood. The color of disease wood with B. xylophilus from crimson to light red. The healthy wood was uncolored and died wood with B. mucronatus is uncolored or light white. The method of color reagent is one of the best methods in inspecting pine wood nematode because of its simple and quick character.
