血管内皮生长因子C在舌癌中的表达及对肿瘤淋巴转移和预后的影响

摘　　要：目的　检测血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF C)在舌癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤淋巴转移和预后的关系。方法　采用免疫组化SABC法检测 5 6例舌癌组织中VEGF C的表达及定位。结果　 5 6例中 2 2例VEGF C染色阳性 ,阳性率 39.3%。阳性物质主要位于肿瘤细胞胞浆内。有淋巴转移组的舌癌组织中VEGF C的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴转移组。VEGF C阳性组预后劣于VEGF C阴性组 ,但是VEGF C的表达与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤的临床分期无关。结论　VEGF C的表达水平与舌癌淋巴结转移和预后有关。Objective To study the expression of VEGF-C in tongue cancer and its role in lymphatic metastasis and prognosis. Methods Paraffin-embedded specimens from 56 patients with tongue cancer were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Results Positive immunohistochemical staining for VEGF-C protion was observed in 22 of the 56 patients(39.3%). The VEGF-C antigen was identified in the cytoplasm of cancer cells. The expression of VEGF-C was notably higher in lymph-node-positive group than in node-negative group and was significantly associated with prognosis. Conclusion VEGF-C may play an important role in lymphatic invasion/metastasis and prognosis.
