摘 要:在丝裂霉素(MMC)诱导下,生长中细胞的姊妹染色单体互换频率显著增高,环磷酰胺(C.C.P)可诱发高微核率,已被普遍认同。本文以SCE及微核率为检测指标,观察活血化瘀药物:“苏木”抗MMC及C.C.P的诱导。发现苏木对MMC、C.C.P的诱导有一定的抑制作用,但其本身也能致使细胞SCE升高。Putting medicines in during the peripheral lymphocyte culture of healthy person, the blank control has the lowest SCE frequency.The group putting in MMC is the highest.The SCE frequency and change range of the group putting in MMC and Lignum Sappan extract are higher than that of blank control and Lignum Sap-pan group, and are lower than that of MMC group.Any two groups compare, P< 0.01. In the result of MN test, the group putting C. C. P and Lignum Sappan extract is higher MN rate than that of black control group.The MN rate is more lower than that of MMC group, and it is close to the MN rate of Lignum Saggan group. These results demonstrate that Lignum Sappan can block the mutagenic action of MMC and C.C.P, it can inhibit mutation and uphold genie transmission. However when it is used only, Lignum Sappan would be a kind of ideal anti-mutagenic agent, but the another of its duality should not be neglected.
