摘　　要：应用PDM理论并结合电站锅炉的设计特点,将项目管理、产品配置和工作流程紧密结合,围绕产品结构树组织各项功能,提出在哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司渐近式实施PDM的设计构想。Following the PDM theory,in the light of power station boiler design features,and closely combining project management,product configuration and working flows,and organizing different functions around the product structure tree,a design concept is proposed for the progressive implementation of PDM at Harbin Boiler Co.,Ltd.
