摘  要:用原生海水模拟船舶压载水进行了电解处理的试验研究,直接电解处理船舶压载水,以4.0mg L初始余氯处理,能杀灭99.99%的细菌和72%的藻类及部分原生动物;理论计算证明,通过直接电解以5.0mg L初始余氯处理1000m3船舶压载水交流电耗仅为35kW·h.并还提出了解决腐蚀问题的两种方案,即压载时处理保持低余氯和充氮脱氧后排放时电解.Experimental studies have been carried out. If the raw seawater is simulated as ships' ballast water and treated by electrolysing with an initial chlorine concentration of 4.0 mg/L, the total mortality of phytoplankton can be up to 72% and the mortality of bacteria is 99.99%. The theoretical calculations indicate that the AC power consumption is only 35 kW·h and the cost is only US$3.5 for1000 m^3 treatment with an applied chlorine concentration of 5.0 mg/L. Two solutions to dealing with the corrosions are put forward in this paper. One is Electrolyzing sea water during ballasting and low residual chlorine kept and the other is Electrolyzing sea water during deballasting after deoxygenating by inert gases.
