摘　　要：为了适应政治任务的要求和环境的变化 ,抗日战争时期 ,中国共产党对领导体制实行了两次重大调整和一系列局部调整 ,最终形成了一元化领导体制。它的形成是在坚持党的领导的前提下 ,为提高党的执行能力而进行的。To meet the change of environment and the change of political task,during the anti Japanese war,the Communist Party of China has carried out two significant adjustments and a series of local adjustments for leading system.It has formed centralized leading system eventually.Its forming is under the prerequisite of sticking to the Party's leadership improving the conducted abitity of the Party.
