高校学生健康教育与培养学生终身体育意识的研究

摘　　要：高校学生健康教育与培养学生终身体育意识是推进素质教育的要求。要搞好健康教育,培养学生终身体育的意识,要加大体育课教学改革的力度,不断提高学生对健康教育和终身体育意识的培养,在加大理论指导的同时,要加大实践性环节对终身体育开展的作用。在学习的内容上把个体的,可挖掘的,便于学生长期坚持的体育活动定为终身体育的项目,另外,还应充分发挥教师在终身体育中的重要作用。使"应试教育"向"健康教育"转变、使"终结体育"向"终身体育"转变,促进学生的全面发展,推进终身体育的开展。Health education of the university students and cultivating the students about all life physical education (P.E.) consciousness is the request of promoting accomplishment education. To do well in health education, cultivating the students about all life P.E. consciousness, further the educational reform of P.E., continually raising the health education and all life P.E. consciousness of the students, increasing academic guide and the practical link effect to the development of all life P. E. Making the individual, excavating, and easy to persist physical action as the all life P. E item. In addition, developing the effort of the teachers in all life P.E. Become ' the exam education ' into ' the health education', making'the final P.E. ' into 'all life P.E.', promoting the overall development of the students, advance the development of the all life P.E.
