摘　　要：特征值问题是一个在诸多科学与技术领域中有关键应用的重要问题 ,而已有的传统的方法只能对不同类别情形有不同程度的实现 ,本文基于遗传算法设计的新算法具有通用性 ,算法的稳定性也大大提高。The eigenvalue problem is a basic problem.A lot of key applications have been found in many domains of science and technology,such as stability of molecule,increasing model and photobook.But the traditional methods can only solve some kinds of problems to some level.In this paper,the new algorithm based on genetic algorithm is of currency and the stability of algorithm has been greatly improved.
