小鼠肝癌腹水瘤Hca-F25/CL-A_2细胞胞液磷酸化酶a活性与Ca^(2+)浓度的关系

摘　　要：本文测定了615近交小鼠肝癌腹水瘤Hca-F25/CL—A_2细胞经DMSO促分化前后胞液磷酸化酶a活性和Ca^(2+)浓度。结果发现,经DMSO诱导分化后,胞液磷酸化酶a活性明显升高,而胞液Ca^(2+)浓度则显著下降。结果提示,肿瘤细胞分化前后,激活磷酸化酶a的磷酸化酶b激酶对Ca^(2+)的敏感性不同,使磷酸化酶a活性不能与胞液Ca^(2=)浓度同时升降。Cytosolic phosphorylase a activities and Ca2+ concentrations in HCa-F25/ Cl-A2 ascites hepatoma cell clones of 615inbreed mice before and after . differentiation induced by DM SO were determined. The results showed thet after the induction of differentiation of A2 by DMOS the activity of phosphorylase a increased obviously .whille the .cytosolic free Ca2+ concentration decreased significantly. The results indicated that there was different sensitivity of phosphorylase b kinase, which activated phosphdrylase a, to cytosolic Ca2+ before and after differentiation induced by DMSO, therefore the activity of phosphorylase a could not vary with the level of cytosolic Ca2 + correspondently.
