摘　　要：中国经济持续、稳定发展,社会财富逐步增加以及产权制度改革的完善,为整顿后的中国信托提供了生存发展的空间和条件。但由于一些历史沉积问题及某些制度因素的存在,制约了信托公司的发展。采取相关措施推动信托制度和信托公司改革对我国信托业的发展至关重要。Sustained and stable development of China's economy, gradual increase of social wealth and the reform of property right system, have provided the new existed space for trust industry in China. Howev- er, several factors including historic and systematic issues affect the development of trust industry. The pa- per believes that pushing forward the reform of trust system and trust companies are vital to the further de- velopment of trust industry in China.
