摘　　要：生产决策问题一直以来都是一个重要的决策问题。它涉及到营销策略、市场预测、风险分析,以及管理经验等方面的知识。文章结合数据仓库和联机分析技术,提出了一种生产计划问题的决策模型,以求提供一个生产计划问题的决策支持解决方案。文中首先分析了生产计划问题的决策模式,在此基础上提出了生产计划问题的决策模型,并讨论了模型的建立方法,以及求解模型过程中所涉及的算法等问题。The problem of decision support on production planning,which involves knowledge of marketing strategy,mar-ket forecasting,risk analysis and management ,is worth researching for long.This paper brings out a decision model of production planning,combining with technologies of data warehouse and OLAP,therefore suggests a solution of decision support for production planning.At the beginning of the paper,through analyzing the model of production planning prob-lem,a model of decision support for production planning is given.And then the methods in building and solving this model,and those related algorithms are thoroughly discussed.
