摘  要:目的:探讨乙酰肝素酶(Heparanase,Hps)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)在食管癌中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测51例食管癌组织及12例癌旁组织中Hps及bFGF的表达及间质微血管密度(microvesseldensity,MVD)。结果:Hps,bFGF食管癌中的表达高于正常食管组织(P<0.05),且Hps,bFGF的表达与食管癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况及临床分期显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:本研究结果表明Hps,bFGF协同表达对血管生成、食管癌的侵入转移起到关键性的作用、其作为食管癌治疗中的一个新靶点对治疗及预后有相当好的理论价值。AIM:To investigate the expressions of heparanase(Hps) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and in human esophageal carcinoma and their significance. METHODS:Streptavidin peroxidase of immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of Hps,bFGF and microvessel density in 51 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissues and 12 cases of pericarcinomatous tissues. RESULTS:The expressions of Hps and bFGF in tumorous tissue were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal tissue(P< 0.05),and markedly correlated with clinical pathological features induding depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and tumor node metastasis staging(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:The co expression of Hps and bFGF plays a key role in angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma,which serves as a new predictor in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma and has perfect theoretical significance to the treatment and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
