青蒿液杀菌效果及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：为了解青蒿膏的杀菌效果及其影响因素,采用载体定量杀菌试验的方法对其进行了研究。结果,以含1250mg/L青蒿膏的该药液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用1min,对白色念珠菌作用3min,平均杀灭率均达99.90％以上。随着青蒿膏浓度的下降,其杀菌效果降低。菌悬液中含10％小牛血清时,对其杀菌效果有明显影响;温度升高,其杀菌效果增强。将青蒿液密封存放于37℃恒温水浴箱中3个月,杀菌效果无明显下降。结果表明,青蒿膏对细菌繁殖体有较好的杀灭作用,有机物对其杀菌效果有明显影响。In order to know the germicidal efficacy of Artemisia extract and its influencing factors, carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to study it. The results showed that the average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfectant containing Artemisia extract 1 250 mg/ L for 1 min and Candida albicans exposed for 3 min were over 99.90%. Its germicidal efficacy decreased with decreasing the concentration of Artemisia extract. When the bacterial suspension contained 10% calf serum, its germicidal efficacy was infulenced significantly. Its germicidal efficacy was enhanced with rise of temperature and was not decreased after storing in sealed condition in 37℃ thermostat water bath for 3 months. The results indicated that the Artemisia extract has good killing effect on vegetative form of bacteria and the organic substance influences significantly its germicidal efficacy.
