摘　　要：本文详尽地阐述了单向收费对移动网络关键要素的影响并进行了深入的分析,同时也分析了对财务和资本市场的影响,最后给出了建议的资费调整方案。Aimed at the key factor of mobile communications network, this paper is intended to offer some influence of unilateral-charge through the representative case and meanwhile, gives the blue print to carry out it.
