角膜矫形术对眼压与屈光度影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究角膜矫形术矫治前后眼压的改变情况及其与屈光度改变之间可能存在的关系。方法测量近视患者70例127眼,10～21岁,戴角膜矫形镜前后的眼压、屈光度。结果经统计学处理戴角膜矫形镜前后眼压与屈光度均有显著性差别(P≤0.01),而眼压与屈光度的改变经相关系数显著性检验无显著性差别(P>0.5)。结论戴角膜矫形镜后眼压与屈光度均较戴镜前下降,但两者的改变无相关关系。Objective To investigate the changes for intraocular pressure and refrachive power after orthokertology.and the correlation between the intraocular pressure change and refractive power cliang.Methods intraocular pressure and refractive power in 127 eye of 70 cases with myopias aged of 10~21 were measured beford and after ortliokertology.Results The statistical analysis showed a significant diffemce in intraocular pressure and refractive power after orthokertology (P≤0.01).the change of intraocular pressure after orthokertologv was not associated with the cliange of refractive power (P>0.05).Gmclusion The intraocular pressure and refactive powei were reduced after orthokertology,but there was no relationsliip between them.
