摘　　要：含有C2 对称轴的 1,2 二胺在不对称合成中得到了广泛的应用 .综述了手性 1,2 二苯基 1,2 乙二胺及其衍生物的合成 。1, 2-Diamines bearing a C-2 symmetry have been widely used in asymmetric synthesis. This review summarizes the synthesis and the application of 1,2-diphenyl-1,2-diaminoethane and its derivatives as chiral auxiliaries, chiral ligands and chiral reagents in asymmetric synthesis.
