摘　　要：针对发展中国家特点 ,本文提出并界定了中国企业的国际化双向路径 ,探索了中国企业基于双向路径的全球学习战略脉络。文章围绕如何培育和发展核心能力 ,从内向国际化和外向国际化的双向视角 ,系统设计了互动型学习与本土化学习的模式和机理。文章指出 ,研究互动型学习战略与本土化学习战略的协同及整合 ,对全面提升中国企业在全球市场的国际竞争力具有重要作用。With regard to the characteristics of developing countries,this article puts forward and defines the two-way approach of Chinese enterprises' internationalization,explores Chinese enterprises' two-way global learning strategy of internationalization. From the perspective of both inward internationalization and outward internationalization,this paper designs systematically the mode and mechanism of the interactive learning and the localized learning. Finally,this paper points out that the study of the coordination and integration of the interactive learning strategy and the localized learning strategy will enhance the international competitive ability of Chinese enterprises in the global market.
