摘　　要：目的 :探讨薏苡仁酯 (coixenolide,CXL)对人鼻咽癌 CNE- 2 Z细胞周期的作用。方法 :采用微量细胞克隆形成法检测 CNE- 2 Z细胞的增殖能力和对药物的敏感性 ,用流式细胞仪分析细胞周期时相。结果 :CXL 以量效方式抑制CNE- 2 Z细胞的克隆形式 ,ID5 0 =10 - 5.0 0 3mol/ L。小剂量、短时间使细胞阻滞于 S期 ,大剂量、长时间则停留在 G2 / M期。结论 :CXL通过作用于 S期或 G2 / M期而抑制 CNE- 2 Z细胞生长。Objective: To study the effect of coixenolide (CXL) on c ell cycle in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cell line CNE 2Z. Methods: Mi crocolony form ation assay was used in determining the sensitivity of CNE 2Z to CXL.Cell cycle phases were analyzed with flow cyto metry. Results: CXL dose dependently inhibited the CNE 2Z colony f ormation, with ID 50 =10 -5.003 mol/L.The treated cells were blocked in S phase in l ow dose or short time exposure, G 2/M phase in high dosage or long time. Concl usio n: CXL can suppress the generation of CZE 2Z cells by its interference with DNA synthesis and mitosis.
