摘 要:研究钙拮抗剂尼群地平(Nit)对实验性糖尿病大鼠血脂含量、心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)活性的影响。结果表明,Nit处理对糖尿病大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、β-脂蛋白和糖尿病动物的高血糖状态无显著影响。糖尿病大鼠心肌SDH和CCO活性较对照动物明显降低,接受Nit的糖尿病大鼠明显改善这些酶活性的下降。提示:Nit处理对糖尿病性心肌病可能有一定的有益作用,并支持这种心肌病的发生发展与心肌细胞钙代谢紊乱有关。In the present study, we investigated the effects of nitrendipine (Nit) on blood lipid content, myocardial succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and cytochrome oxidase(CCO) activities in rats made diabetic by an intraperitoncal injection of streptozocin (65mg/kg). The results showed that the levels of serum total cholesterols, triglyceride, β-lipoprotein and hyperglycemia were not markedly affected by Nit treatment in diabetic rats. Myocardial SDH and CCO activities in diabetic rats were significantly lower as compared to the controls. The attenuation of these enzyme activities was markedly improved in diabetic animals receiving Nit treatment. These findings suggest that Nit treatment may exhibit some beneficial effects on diabetic cardiomyopathy and support the involvement of cardiac my-ocyte Ca2+ metabolic disturbance in development of the cardiomyopathy.
