腹泻762例空肠-结肠弯曲菌感染检测

摘　　要：本文报道了1990年6～10月对762份肠道感染患者大便标本的空肠-结肠弯曲菌感染调查。共分离出32株弯曲菌(4.2％),对其中21株做了Lior生物学分型。本地区以空肠弯曲菌Ⅰ、Ⅱ型感染为主,占80.9％,其次是结肠弯曲菌,占14.3％。用纸片法测定20株空肠-结肠弯曲菌对15种抗生素药物的敏感性,结果与国内外报道基本一致。The present paper reports the isolation of 32(4. 2%) strains of Campylobacter from 762 fecal specimens of acute diarrhea from June 1990 to October. Of 32 strains isolated 21 strains were biotyped according to Lior's scheme.It showed that strains from C.jejuni with Biotype Ⅰ 、Ⅱ (80%). C. coli were found in 14% of the isolates. 15 antibiotics were used for resistant test to 20 strains isolated. The results were consistent with the inland and foreign reports.
